SVYM the parent organization is located near Mysore in a small town called Sargur, H.D.Kote, Mysore Distric, India. It is a development Organization engaged in building a new civil society in India through its grassroots to policy level action in Health, Education, Community Development & Training sectors.

Education and Research

Grassroot Research and Advocacy Movement (GRAAM).
Health Care
Vivekananda Memorial Hospitals (VMH) at Saragur and Kenchanahalli. VMH–Saragur is a 90-bed facility offering multi-speciality secondary care at an affordable cost to the rural and tribal populace.
Women Empowerment
Creating education and jobs for women (like weaving baskets, tailoring, gardening, etc.)
SVYM operates various institution- and community-based health and education projects and undertake Community Development Initiatives, catering to a populace of about 400,000 including both tribal groups and the rural poor.
SVYM believes that building human and social capital will result in economic consequences and all of SVYM’s programs are driven by this development paradigm.

The North American section provides assistance through raising funds for SVYM and provides tax credit for donor’s in the United States under 401(c) IRS code for Non-Profit Orgnaizations.
I am acting as the President of SVYM of NA since 2004 and assisting in getting donations for various SVYM causes in India.
IRS Tax Receipt for all Donations in the U.S.
The SVYM of NA is registered as non-profit organization under Federal IRS ID 501 (c) (3) 02-0687246. The donors in North America, particularly in the US you can get tax receipt for IRS purposes.
